I used LMNT for a long time and I find the SALT flavors not to my preference. They just don’t taste great to me. So personal preference. I like LMNT becasuse its saltier. But again, pure personal flavor preference

I enjoy the variety of flavors to choose from! My favorite thing is that there are no artificial dyes or added sugars. If you haven’t tried it’s definitely something you won’t regret.
